播种前的种子处理,是作物获得丰产的重要农业措施。而利用各种物理、化学因素处理种子,是目前农业中最新的技术之一。近年来,药用植物栽培的领域中,亦逐步的展开这方面研究与应用。据药用生物园等研究报导,应用超声波处理白芷等种子,能促进种子发芽,而用赤霉素浸种怀牛膝种子,能促进植株生长,加强根部发育,提高根部产量,因而我们拟定了本试验课题,继续探讨超声波、放射性同位素磷、赤霉素对怀牛膝种子发芽的影响。现将试验情况报导如下。
Seed treatment prior to sowing is an important agricultural measure for crops to achieve high yields. The use of various physical and chemical factors to treat seeds is one of the latest technologies in agriculture. In recent years, in the field of cultivation of medicinal plants, research and application in this area have gradually begun. According to studies reported by Medicinal Biological Park, the application of ultrasound to treat seeds such as white peony can promote seed germination, and soaking seeds of Achyranthes bidentata with gibberellin can promote plant growth, strengthen root development, and increase root yield. Therefore, we have prepared this book. The experimental subjects continue to explore the effects of ultrasound, radioactive isotope phosphorus, and gibberellin on seed germination of Achyranthes bidentata. The test situation is reported below.
