结合湖南省推进“四化两型”建设实际,构建区域科技创创新能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对湖南省14个地、州、市的科技创新能力进行定量分析与评价。各地州市的科技创新能力差距还比较大,以长沙市、株洲市、湘潭市为代表的长株潭两型实验区科技创新能力明显高于湘西州、邵阳市、张家界市,但仍都有较大发展潜力。最后提出了相应的政策建议。
Combined with the actual situation of “four modernizations and two types” construction in Hunan Province, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional innovative ability of science and technology, and uses factor analysis method to quantitatively analyze and appraise the scientific and technological innovation ability of 14 prefectures and cities in Hunan Province. The differences in science and technology innovation ability between prefectures and cities are still relatively large. The technological innovation capability of Chang-Zhu-Tan two-type experimental areas represented by Changsha City, Zhuzhou City and Xiangtan City is obviously higher than that of Xiangxi Prefecture, Shaoyang City and Zhangjiajie City. However, Great potential for development. Finally, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
