混凝土的耐久性,是目前世界上普遍关心和研究的课题。在大多数情况下,钢筋锈蚀是影响混凝土耐久性的根本原因。由于许多特殊原因,混凝土受到碳化作用和氯化物污染。结构表面的锈蚀污染,是锈蚀问题的早期标志。由于锈蚀的继续发展,氧化物会沉积在钢筋表面。锈蚀体积的不断增大,会导致大量应力进入混凝土周围,使其开裂和剥落。本文通过分析锈蚀机理,着重介绍阴极防腐方法在桥梁结构物中的应用。
The durability of concrete is currently a topic of universal concern and research in the world. In most cases, steel corrosion is the root cause of concrete durability. Concrete is carbonized and chlorinated for many special reasons. Rust contamination of the surface of the structure is an early sign of corrosion problems. As corrosion continues to develop, oxides deposit on the surface of the rebar. Rusted volume continues to increase, will lead to a lot of stress around the concrete, so that it cracks and spalling. In this paper, by analyzing the rust mechanism, focusing on the application of cathodic corrosion protection in bridge structures.
