为了快速、准确地检测出输送机皮带工作时发生的纵向撕裂事故,提出了一种基于线激光的视觉检测方法。“一”字线激光器向皮带底面投射直线激光条纹,使用CCD相机获取图像并提取出光条中心,通过分析光条中心畸变特征来判断皮带表面是否存在撕裂。首先采用阈值法对激光条纹进行分割;然后在光条区域上利用重心法实现光条中心的粗略提取;最后利用Bazen方法求取光条法线,在法线方向上采用高斯拟合法实现光条中心的亚像素精度提取。利用具有多种纵向撕裂特征的故障皮带进行检测,实验结果表明,所提出的方法具有精度高、速度快的特点,测量精度达到了毫米级,可以满足实际皮带检测的需要。
In order to detect the longitudinal tearing accident occurred in conveyor belt work quickly and accurately, a visual inspection method based on line laser was proposed. “A ” word line laser linear laser stripe projected onto the bottom of the belt, using a CCD camera to obtain images and extract the center of the light bar, by analyzing the center of the light bar distortion characteristics to determine the existence of the surface of the belt tearing. Firstly, the laser streaks are segmented by using the threshold method. Then, the center of the light bar is roughly extracted by the center of gravity method. Finally, the normal of the light bar is obtained by the Bazen method and the light bar is obtained by the Gaussian fitting method in the normal direction Subpixel precision extraction at the center. The test results show that the proposed method has the characteristics of high accuracy and high speed, and the accuracy is up to millimeter, which can meet the need of actual belt testing.
