我国要实现东中西部地区经济协调发展,必须针对西部贫困地区的现状,实施科教优先战略和高科技开发战略,从而实现社会生产力的跨越式发展和可持续发展。
In order to realize the coordinated economic development in eastern, central and western regions, China must implement the science and technology priority strategy and the high-tech development strategy in the light of the current situation in the impoverished western regions so as to achieve the leapfrog development and sustainable development of social productive forces.
