美国国家半导体公司(National Semicon-ductor Corporation)宣布推出一款崭新的总线设计,将个人电脑主机板的散热设计彻底改变。这款SensorPath总线只用一条导线将SuperI/O控制器及健康状况监测传感器连接一起,有助精简电路板的设计,也使布件变得更为容易。美国国家半导体这款SensorPath总线设计可支持多个传感器监测点,让散热扇控制及时钟管理可以各自经由中央统一处理,以调节电脑内的温度。由于这种总线设计采用开放式标准,因此所有个人电脑制造商都可利用这种新技术。
National Semicon-ductor Corporation announced a completely new bus design that revolutionized the thermal design of PC motherboards. The SensorPath bus connects the SuperI / O controller and health monitoring sensors with just one wire, helping to simplify the board design and make the parts easier. National Semiconductor SensorPath bus designed to support multiple sensor monitoring points, cooling fan control and clock management can be centrally handled by the central to regulate the temperature inside the computer. Because of this open-standard bus design, all PC manufacturers can take advantage of this new technology.
