蓄茄烟草花叶病病毒(TMV)和黄瓜、西瓜的黄瓜绿斑花叶病病毒(CGMMV),接触传染力很强,苗期发病率仅百分之几,收获时植株已全部感病。因此,必须重视种子带病问题。据Broadbent(1965年),都筑(1967年)等报道,磷酸钠对蕃茄种子表面的TMV及黄瓜种子内的CGMMV消毒效果很好。此外,70℃干热处理3天,能杀灭蕃茄和黄瓜种子内的病毒。作者用磷酸钠和干热处理法对千叶县1968年大流行的西瓜CGMMV作了试验,现介绍于下: (一)种子传染的蔬菜病毒病
Tobacco mosaic virus mosaic virus (TMV) and cucumber, watermelon cucumber mosaic virus (CGMMV), contact contagious strong seedling incidence of only a few percent of the plants have been fully susceptible. Therefore, we must attach importance to the issue of seed sickness. According to Broadbent (1965), Tsuzuki (1967) and other reports, sodium phosphate on tomato seed surface TMV cucumber seeds and CGMMV disinfection effect is very good. In addition, dry heat treatment at 70 ℃ for 3 days, can kill tomatoes and cucumber seeds within the virus. The authors tested the watermelon CGMMV, a pandemic of 1968 in Chiba Prefecture, using sodium phosphate and dry heat treatments and are presented below: (i) Seed-borne diseases of vegetable viruses
