Cerebrovascular disease is one of the three major diseases that endanger human health in today’s world. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have noticed that trace elements may play an important role in the etiology and pathology of cerebrovascular disease. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the trace elements such as Cu, Zn, Cr, Se and Mn that are currently associated with cerebrovascular diseases.
