目的　探讨颅咽管瘤组织学分型在临床表现、ＭＲ图像上的鉴别要点。方法　选取经手术及病理证实的颅咽管瘤１０１ 例，男６２ 例，女３９ 例，全部病例均行ＭＲ扫描。结果　成釉质细胞型４７ 例，鳞状乳头型３５ 例，混合型１９ 例。成釉质细胞型中，实性１ 例，囊实混合性２３ 例，囊性２３ 例；鳞状乳头型中，实性１０ 例，囊实混合性１０ 例，囊性１５ 例；在混合型中，实性２ 例，囊实混合性５ 例，囊性１２ 例。结论　成釉质细胞型颅咽管瘤与鳞状乳头型颅咽管瘤的鉴别须结合临床、ＭＲ表现进行综合评述 Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis of craniopharyngioma histological classification in clinical manifestations, MR images. Methods 101 cases of craniopharyngioma confirmed by operation and pathology were selected, including 62 males and 39 females. MR scanning was performed in all cases. RESULTS: There were 47 cases of enamel cell type, 35 cases of squamous papilla type and 19 cases of mixed type. In enamel cell type, there were 1 case of solidity, 23 cases of cystoscopy and 23 cases cystic; 10 cases of squamous papilla and 10 cases cystic and solid, 15 cases cystic; , Solid in 2 cases, mixed cyst in 5 cases, cystic in 12 cases. Conclusion The identification of enamel cell craniopharyngioma and squamous nipple craniopharyngioma should be reviewed in combination with clinical and MR findings
