对运行18000 h HK40裂解炉管内壁的腐蚀损伤进行了研究。结果表明,裂解 管组织性能正常,其内壁的损伤是由高温下硫化及氧化腐蚀造成的,硫化腐蚀是引起 损伤的主要原因。
The corrosion damage to the inner wall of HK40 cracker tube operating at 18,000 h was studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the pyrolysis tube were normal. The inner wall of the pyrolysis tube was damaged by sulfurization and oxidation at high temperature. The main reason of the corrosion was the sulfide corrosion.
