本文叙述了采用氨气加微量氧的气体软氮化。由于参加反应的气体中没有活性碳原子,所以从根本上消除了由氰(CN)根而产生的公害,因而使气体软氮化工艺,易于推广应用。为了验证各方面性能,进行了各种分析和试验。还进行了各种碳钢、合金钢及铸铁零件的生产试验。经对比分析证明,加氧气体软氮化与其他气体软氧化比较,具有处理时间短、氮化层厚、硬度高、耐磨性好等优点,同时设备费用低、操作简单、工艺稳定、原料来源广泛。因此,它是值得深入研究的一项热处理新工艺。
This paper describes the gas nitrocarburizing with ammonia and trace oxygen.
