采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对中国高等院校体育专业实验课开设现状进行分析,目的在于改进实验教学方法,提高实验教学效果,增强学生的实践动手能力。主要结果:体育专业实验教学存在重视理论教学轻视实验教学;实验教学内容针对性不强,以基础实验为主,创新性实验少;实验室建设不完备,仪器设备落后;实验室师资配备不足以及实验教学考核不规范等问题。这些因素均严重制约着实验教学的改革进度。对此,提出相关改革建议:加强实验室建设的思想改革,开设传统与开放型并存的实验教学模式,组建实验兴趣小组等,进一步改革体育专业实验教学。
This paper analyzes the current situation of physical education experimental class in colleges and universities in China by means of literature review and logical analysis. The purpose is to improve experimental teaching methods, improve experimental teaching results and enhance students’ practical ability. The main results are as follows: There is little emphasis on theoretical teaching in experimental teaching of physical education. However, the contents of experimental teaching are not pertinence, the basic experiment is the main method, there are few innovative experiments; the laboratory construction is not complete, the equipment is backward; Experimental teaching non-standard assessment and other issues. These factors have severely restricted the reform progress of experimental teaching. In this regard, the relevant reform proposals are put forward: strengthening ideological reform of laboratory construction, setting up a traditional and open experimental teaching mode, setting up experimental interest groups and further reforming experimental teaching of physical education.
