目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇+清宫术、戊酸雌二醇配伍米索前列醇+清宫术治疗稽留流产的疗效。方法:选择稽留流产患者120例,随机分为2组,A组米非司酮配伍米索前列醇+清宫术,B组戊酸雌二醇配伍米索前列醇+清宫术。观察比较2组妊娠组织排出时间,出血量、手术时间、第2次清宫发生率。结果:2组妊娠组织排出时间、出血量、手术时间、第2次刮宫发生率比较差异有统计学意义。结论:对稽留流产刮宫前应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗,效果满意。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol + curettage, estradiol valerate plus misoprostol + curettage in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with missed abortion were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received mifepristone combined with misoprostol plus curettage, and group B received estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol plus curettage. Observe and compare the two groups of pregnancy tissue discharge time, bleeding volume, operation time, the second incidence of curettage. Results: There were significant differences in the discharge time, bleeding volume, operation time and the second curettage between the two groups. Conclusion: The treatment of missed abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol before treatment is satisfactory.
