目的研究综合护理对肺结核患者生活质量的影响。方法选取医院收治的肺结核患者65例为研究对象,随机分为观察组32例和对照组33例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用综合护理方式。观察比较2组患者生活质量评分。结果观察组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能及角色功能得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者进行综合护理干预,可有效改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Totally 65 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to hospital were selected as study object and randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (33 cases). The control group adopted the routine nursing method, and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing method. The quality of life scores of two groups were observed and compared. Results The score of social function, mental function, body function and function of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
