电子信息系统和各种类型的硬件、软件直接相关,且电子信息系统在运行的过程中各项设备和网络通信系统互相较差,所以,在整个过程中当中,需要不断的对电子信息系统进行创新和研究,才能更好的保证电子信息系统的统一性和完整性。针对于大型系统工程来说,比较常用的管理方法有全面质量管理、寿命周期管理和项目管理等,但是由于这些管理方法形成的时间相对较早,就导致在现阶段的电子信息系统工程管理中并不能够完全适用,具有一定的局限性。为了适应电子信息系统工程的管理,就要不断吸收、融合国内外的先进经验,形成合适的管理理论和方法,通过不断的研究和发展,提出给予价值链的电子信息系统工程管理模式。
