用保持系M_B可使棉花“洞A”型核不育后代不育株率达100%,不育度达96~100%。利用M_B繁殖不育系而后配制杂交种的方法称为核雄性不育“二级法”或MMS法,本文提出了它的应用模式,比较了胞质雄性不育“三系法”(CMS)、核雄性不育“两系法”(GMS)和MMS法在繁殖不育系和配制杂种时的产量及种子品质差异。结果表明:MMS法对提高制种产量和质量的效果均很突出。文章对繁殖和组合筛选中的问题进行了讨论。
With the maintainer line M_B, the infertility rate of cotton “hole A” type of male sterile progeny reached 100% and the sterility reached 96-100%. The method of using M_B to breed CMS and then formulate hybrids is called “second-level method” of nuclear male sterility or MMS method. In this paper, its application mode is presented and the CMS of CMS is compared. , Nuclear male sterility “two lines” (GMS) and MMS method in breeding male sterile lines and hybrids when the yield and quality of the differences in seeds. The results showed that: MMS method to improve seed production and quality are very prominent. The article discusses the issues in breeding and combinatorial screening.
