目的:研究胶质瘤中p53 、bcl2 、MDM2 表达与细胞增殖和凋亡的关系。方法:对48 例胶质瘤用免疫组化法检测p53、bcl2、MDM2 蛋白表达;以Ki67 标记指数和AgNOR 计数检测其增殖活性;用TUNEL 法检测细胞凋亡。结果:p53、bcl2、MDM2 蛋白表达阳性率分别为47-9 % 、35-8 % 及12-5 % ,细胞增殖活性随肿瘤p53 、bcl2、MDM2 表达水平增高而增高,细胞凋亡则相反。结论:p53、bcl2、MDM2 蛋白过表达与细胞增殖失控、凋亡抑制关系密切,在胶质瘤恶性进展中起重要作用。
Objective: To study the relationship between p53, bcl2 and MDM2 expression and cell proliferation and apoptosis in gliomas. Methods: The expression of p53, bcl-2, MDM2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 48 gliomas. The proliferative activity was detected by Ki-67 labeling index and AgNOR count. Results: The positive rate of p53, bcl2 and MDM2 protein expression were 47-9 %, 35-8 % and 12-5 % respectively. The cell proliferation activity increased with the increase of p53, bcl-2 and MDM2 expression levels. The opposite is true of death. Conclusion: Overexpression of p53, bcl-2 and MDM2 proteins is closely related to the uncontrolled cell proliferation and apoptosis inhibition, and plays an important role in the malignant progression of gliomas.
