为了清楚地阐述半焦的燃烧过程,采用非等温热重法研究了氧气体积分数对半焦燃烧动力学的影响。得出挥发分析出燃烧、碳燃烧失重规律及其描述函数,挥发分析出燃烧和碳燃烧所需的表观活化能和表观指前因子。结果表明:挥发分析出燃烧所需的表观活化能和表观指前因子的最小值处于φ(O_2)=28%的条件下,最大值处于φ(O_2)=30%的条件下;碳燃烧所需表观活化能和表观指前因子的最小值处于φ(O_2)=24%,最大值处于φ(O_2)=30%条件下。
In order to clarify the combustion process of semi-coke, the non-isothermal thermogravimetric method was used to study the influence of oxygen volume fraction on the combustion kinetics of semi coke. The volatilization analysis of combustion, the law of weightlessness of carbon combustion and its descriptive function were obtained. The apparent activation energy and apparent pre-exponential factors required for combustion and carbon combustion were analyzed by volatilization. The results show that the minimum values of apparent activation energy and apparent pre-exponential factor required for combustion are at φ (O 2) = 28% and the maximum value is at φ (O 2) = 30%.
