临床上对肺科危重症的抢救的给氧方式有:(1)常规导尿管低流量给氧。(2)常频呼吸机给氧。(3)高频喷射机给氧。导尿管式低流量给氧效果差。常频呼吸机给氧效果好,但必须气管插管或切开进行,缺点也不少:(1)动用人力物力多、烦琐。(2)易致呼吸性硷中毒。(3)有心衰或气胸者不宜用。而高频给氧有常频呼吸机的优点而无它的缺点,颇受临床医生喜爱,现将我们用高频给氧抢救肺科危重症16例次的临床疗效观察简述如下。
