在全党全民大办农业,大办粮食的形势下,摆在我們面前的重要任务是如何让粮食过关,提高大面积农作物产量。小麦是我国主要粮食作物之一,大面积提高小麦产量,在保証农业过关,发展我国国民經济方面具有极大的意义。为此,我們在北京朝阳区的中德、和平、朝阳三个人民公社,进行了小麦大面积均衡增产的調查研究,对因时因地种植和調节肥水的措施,使小麦在不同的地区都能获得均衡增产,現总結彙报如后:
