公立医院改革要求医院加强绩效管理,提高效率满足社会医疗保障的需求。某院为做好绩效管理工作,设置了绩效管理委员会,科学地划分好绩效办公室和职能部门的职责,依照平衡计分卡理论设计了符合科室工作实际的绩效考核体系,设计了与绩效考核匹配的薪酬激励制度,搭建了绩效指标数据处理系统,较好地解决了绩效组织体系、绩效考核指标、绩效信息化和绩效薪酬问题,在提高医院绩效和实现整体管理目标的实践中取得一定成绩。
