本文扼要地总结了埋置于石英斑岩中每个容积为5000m3油罐群的设计和施工经验。从工程地质勘测入手,以岩石力学为基础,以有限元分析为手段,阐明洞室的稳定性和锚喷支护的可靠性。以锚喷支护代替传统的模注钢筋混凝土,以喷钢纤维混凝土代替挂网喷射混凝土。简化了工序,节约了原材料。立式油罐具有口小肚子大的特点,按常规施工方法:工序多、工期长、施工繁,劳动强度大、造价较高。本工程创造了螺旋式环斜道开挖法,丰富了现有立式油罐的施工经验。
This article briefly summarizes the design and construction experience of each 5000m3 tank group embedded in quartz porphyry. Starting from the engineering geological survey, based on rock mechanics, finite element analysis as a means to clarify the stability of the cavern and the reliability of bolting and shotcreting support. Instead of the traditional injection-molded reinforced concrete with anchor and shotcrete support, shotcrete steel fiber concrete is used instead of sprayed concrete. Simplify the process, saving raw materials. Vertical tank has a small bellies large features, according to the conventional construction methods: more work processes, longer duration, complex construction, labor-intensive, higher cost. The project has created a spiral ring ramp excavation method, enriching the existing vertical tank construction experience.
