杨×,男,27岁,10年前曾因胸痛作X线检查,发现左下肺有球形病灶,虽经抗结核治疗,病灶无明显变化。3个月前突然开始咳嗽,咯痰伴痰中带血。咳嗽以清晨起床时较剧,咳出铁锈色痰。到中午时,痰转红色。起病以来无发热或盗汗史。有烟酒嗜好,每日烟量约40支,酒约7两左右。体检:发育营养良好,无浅表淋巴结肿大。胸部无异常发现。血象正常。三次痰涂片未查见癌细胞。甲:从二张正侧位胸片(图1、2)来看,
Yang X, male, 27 years old, had undergone an X-ray examination for chest pain 10 years ago and found a spherical lesion in the left lower lung. Although anti-tuberculosis treatment, the lesion did not change significantly. Suddenly began coughing 3 months ago, with a bloody sputum.
