Preface Occupational exposure to high intensity, low frequency noise can cause extracellular matrix proliferation, cardiovascular structure was significantly thicker. A single-blind echocardiographic study of an industrial population was performed. Methods Echocardiography was performed on 500 randomly selected health workers from 1,500 aerospace factory workers, and classified the workstations into three categories based on noise levels. Results All workers in noisy environments had morphological and functional changes. Age, noise level and the aorta, two, tricuspid valve, endocardial and pericardial thickening, and have significant statistical significance. There was a statistically significant association between age and the diastolic diameter of the aortic root, left atrial and diastolic left ventricular septum. But has nothing to do with the noise level. Between the noise level and diastolic left ventricular diameter and pulmonary valve thickening were statistically significant
