近年来海河流域下垫面情况发生了显著变化,对径流及洪水成果产生明显影响。通过选取流域内大清河阜平站以上山区作为典型区,利用趋势回归分析法,分析了汛期暴雨量、洪峰流量及次洪量的变化趋势。并利用山区雨洪模型重演了80年代前典型洪水,通过模拟值与实测值的差反映了流域下垫面变化对洪水径流的影响。总体上,下垫面变化对10年一遇以上洪水的洪峰和洪量影响较小,一般为5%以内;而对3~10年一遇洪水的洪峰和洪量的影响较大,一般为10%~30%,平均为17.8%。
In recent years, there has been a significant change in the underlying surface of the Haihe River Basin, which has a significant impact on runoff and flood success. Through selecting the mountainous area above the Fuping station of Daqinghe in the basin as a typical area, the trend of heavy rainfall, flood peak flow and sub-flood during flood season was analyzed by trend regression analysis. By using the rainstorm model in mountain area, the typical flood before the 1980s was replayed. The difference between simulated and measured values reflects the influence of the underlying surface change on floodwater runoff. On the whole, the change of underlying surface has little effect on the flood peak and flood volume of floods above 10 years, generally it is less than 5%, while it has a great influence on the flood peak and flood amount of floods of 3 to 10 years, generally 10% ~ 30%, with an average of 17.8%.
