[目的]通过优化QuEChERS样品前处理方法,建立一种快速测定蔬菜中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的高效液相色谱法。[方法]样品经1%(体积分数)乙酸-乙腈提取,无水硫酸镁盐析分层,N-丙基-乙二胺(PSA)和C18粉净化后直接进样分析。以甲醇和0.1%乙酸水溶液(体积比35∶65)为流动相,采用Waters Symmetry ShieldC18色谱柱分离,检测波长为267nm。[结果]该方法0.50~10.00mg/L范围内具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数0.9997;加标回收率在90.3%~102.2%之间,最低检出限为0.01mg/kg。[结论]方法操作简便、快捷、准确可靠,适用于蔬菜中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的测定。
[Objective] To establish a rapid determination of 6-benzyl adenine residues in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography with optimized QuEChERS sample preparation method. [Method] The samples were extracted with 1% acetic acid - acetonitrile, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and purified by N - propyl - ethylenediamine (PSA) and C18 powders. The mobile phase was methanol and 0.1% acetic acid (volume ratio 35:65) and separated by Waters Symmetry Shield C18 column. The detection wavelength was 267 nm. [Result] The method had a good linear correlation in the range of 0.50-10.00 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The spiked recoveries ranged from 90.3% to 102.2% with the lowest detection limit of 0.01 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and was suitable for the determination of 6-benzyl adenine residue in vegetables.
