目的分析2010-2015年淮安市消除疟疾防控措施执行情况,评估措施效果,为制订和调整消除疟疾策略和措施提供依据。方法收集2010-2015年淮安市网络报告疟疾疫情、发热病人血检、专报系统中疟疾病例个案调查表、疫点调查与处置表等信息,并进行统计分析。结果 2010-2015年共报告疟疾病例267例,血检发热病人303 016人,阳性231例,血检阳性率为0.08%。2010年和2011年有22例本地感染间日疟病例报告,其余245例均为境外输入病例。全部疟疾病例均于发现后24 h内进行了网络直报,并于网络直报后3 d内和7 d内分别开展了流行病学个案调查和疫点调查与处置,执行率均达100%。所有病例中,网络直报后2 d内完成流行病学个案调查的有261例,执行率为97.95%;网络直报后5 d内完成疫点调查与处置的有252例,执行率为94.38%。结论 2010-2015年淮安市消除疟疾“1-3-7定点清除”工作模式执行率均达到了100%。全市连续4年无本地感染疟疾病例报告,初步实现消除疟疾目标。
Objective To analyze the implementation of prevention and control measures against malaria in Huaian from 2010 to 2015 and evaluate the effect of measures to provide the basis for formulating and adjusting malaria elimination strategies and measures. Methods The data of malaria cases, epidemic investigation and disposal table in malaria epidemic, fever blood test and special report system of 2010-2015 in Huai’an City were collected and analyzed statistically. Results A total of 267 cases of malaria were reported from 2010 to 2015, 303 016 were blood test-positive patients, and 231 were positive. The positive rate of blood test was 0.08%. In 2010 and 2011 there were 22 locally infected cases of Vivax reported, and the remaining 245 cases were all imported cases. All cases of malaria were directly reported online within 24 hours after the discovery. Epidemiological case investigation and epidemic investigation and disposal were carried out within 3 days and within 7 days after the direct online report, respectively, and the implementation rate reached 100% . In all cases, there were 261 cases of epidemiological cases completed within 2 days after the network was directly reported, the implementation rate was 97.95%; 252 cases were investigated and disposed within 5 days after the network direct reporting, the implementation rate was 94.38 %. Conclusion From 2010 to 2015, the implementation rate of malaria elimination in “1-3-7 Fixed-point Removal” mode in Huai’an City reached 100%. The city reported no case of local infection of malaria for four consecutive years and initially achieved the goal of eliminating malaria.
