香炉山钨矿东区形成了形状复杂、体积巨大的采空区,地压灾害问题突出。为了确保矿山生产安全,该矿建立了一套60通道全数字型微震监测系统。通过对微震系统中40#传感器所采集的数据进行研究,结合附近区域的生产现状,分析了该区域地应力变化情况。调查了该传感器所在矿柱的特点,对该矿柱破裂机理及可能的破裂形式进行了分析,分析表明,该矿柱主要表现为压剪破裂。研究表明,微震监测的单通道数据统计及波形分析对掌握矿山岩石内部微小破裂直至宏观片帮或垮塌等灾害的预警具有重要意义。
In the eastern area of the Xiangshanshan tungsten deposit, a complicated and huge goaf is formed, and the problem of underground pressure disaster is outstanding. In order to ensure the safety of mine production, the mine has set up a 60-channel all-digital microseismic monitoring system. By studying the data collected by 40 # sensor in microseismic system and analyzing the production status of the nearby area, the change of geostress in this area is analyzed. The characteristics of the ore pillar where the sensor is located are investigated. The rupture mechanism and possible rupture pattern of the ore pillar are analyzed. The analysis shows that the ore pillar is mainly characterized by the compression and shear failure. The research shows that the single-channel data statistics and waveform analysis of microseismic monitoring are of great significance to grasp the early warning of minor cracks in the rock of the mine until the macro-slabs or collapses.
