道德自觉是个体对道德教育的内容和外在的社会道德要求,转化为自身的认识、情感、信念、意志和行为,实现由内化到外化,深刻理解道德规范并自觉自愿地从事道德活动。公共场所的道德不文明行为随处可见,有历史原因,也有新的时代特点。而公共场所道德是对每个公民起码的道德要求,需要通过社会及个人的共同努力,提高公民的道德自觉性,构建良好的社会公德。
Moral self-consciousness is the individual’s requirement of moral education’s content and external social morals. It transforms itself into cognition, emotion, faith, volition and behavior, from internalization to externalization, profound understanding of moral norms and consciously and voluntarily engaging in moral activities. Ethical uncivilized behavior in public places can be seen everywhere, for historical reasons, but also new characteristics of the times. The ethics in public places is a minimum ethical requirement for every citizen. Through the joint efforts of society and individuals, it is necessary to improve citizens’ moral consciousness and establish good social morals.
