目的:探讨不同类型髁突骨折对颞颌关节的继发性影响。方法:中国实验用小型猪12头,造成左侧髁突纵行和横断骨折模型,在术后6个月应用普通X线、CT等影像技术进行观察。结果:普通X线片对髁突纵行骨折显示不清,容易漏诊;对髁突横断骨折显示较好。CT片可清楚地显示髁突不同类型骨折影像,特别是对髁突纵行骨折诊断有较大优势。幼年小型猪髁突纵行骨折后多形成双髁突畸形。结论:不同类型髁突骨折影像学表现不同,对颞颌关节继发性影响亦不相同。髁突纵行骨折更易引起颞颌关节继发性损伤,应引起足够的重视,在临床诊断治疗上应区别对待
Objective: To investigate the secondary effects of different types of condylar fractures on temporomandibular joint. Methods: Twelve experimental miniature pigs were used in this study. The left condylar longitudinal and transverse fracture models were made. Six months after operation, plain X - ray and CT were used to observe the model. Results: The common X-ray films showed obvious longitudinal defects of the condyle and easily missed the diagnosis. The condylar transverse fracture showed good results. CT film can clearly show the different types of condyle fracture images, especially for the diagnosis of longitudinal fracture of condyles have greater advantages. Juvenile minipig condyles longitudinal longitudinal fracture more than double condylar deformity. CONCLUSION: Different types of condylar fractures have different imaging findings and have different secondary effects on temporomandibular joint. Longitudinal condyle fractures more likely to cause secondary damage to the temporomandibular joint should be given enough attention in the clinical diagnosis and treatment should be treated differently
