Small Angle Neutron Scattering(SANS)technique allows characterizing material problem at the nanoscale including defect,precipitates,nanostructure.etc in metal material.A SANS study of domestic ferritic ODS alloys are presented.The method can be used in future research and the design of new SANS spectrometer.
