在企业发展过程中,人是不能缺少的因素,人的工作行为会对企业的发展产生一定的影响,而人的行为又受思想的控制。每个人作为独立存在的个体,其思维发展各不相同,所以企业在发展中为了更好地将员工凝聚起来,开展了思想政治工作。传统的思想政治工作理念逐渐地被淘汰,以人为本的理念走入了人们的视线中。因此,本文对以人为本的企业思想政治观念进行了分析,并提出了思想政治工作创新路径,以供参考。
In the process of business development, people can not be missing factors, the behavior of people’s work will have a certain impact on the development of enterprises, and the behavior of people by the ideological control. Each individual, as an independent individual, has different thinking development. Therefore, in order to better integrate the employees in the development of enterprises, the enterprise has carried out ideological and political work. The traditional concept of ideological and political work has gradually been eliminated, and the people-oriented concept has been put into people’s eyes. Therefore, this paper analyzes the ideological and political concepts of people-oriented enterprise and puts forward the innovation path of ideological and political work for reference.
