目的探讨厦门地区男性不育与精液质量和染色体异常的关系。方法对800例男性不育患者进行精液质量和外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型分析。结果不孕组精子密度、前向运动率、正常形态精子百分率和DNA断裂指DFI与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);染色体异常总数占75例,异常发生率达9.375%。性染色体异常57例,占异常总数的76%,常染色体异常18例,占异常总数的24%。结论精液异常和染色体异常是导致男性不育的重要原因,对男性不育患者进行精液质量和染色体核型分析是有必要的。
Objective To explore the relationship between male infertility and semen quality and chromosomal abnormalities in Xiamen area. Methods Eight hundred male infertile patients were analyzed for semen quality and peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome karyotypes. Results In infertility group, there was a significant difference in sperm density, forward movement rate, normal morphology sperm percentage and DNA fragmentation between DFI group and control group (P <0.05). The total number of chromosomal abnormalities accounted for 75 cases and the abnormality rate was 9.375 %. 57 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities, accounting for 76% of the total number of anomalies, autosomal abnormalities in 18 cases, accounting for 24% of the total number of anomalies. Conclusion Sperm abnormalities and chromosomal abnormalities are the major causes of male infertility. It is necessary to analyze the semen quality and chromosome karyotype of male infertility patients.
