随着脾脏功能及解剖学的深入研究 ,脾脏的免疫及参与代谢的功能越来越被人们所认识。保留脾脏在外伤病人中广为接受 ,但对胰体尾肿瘤病人的保脾治疗 ,正处于探索阶段。我院自 1995年～ 2 0 0 0年共施行了 11例保留脾脏的胰体尾切除术 ,现报告如下。1 临床资料1 1 一般资料
