我们于1992年10月至12月,应用病毒唑与西米替丁治疗100例婴幼儿秋季腹泻,效果满意,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 1.1.1 病例选择 年龄2月～3岁婴幼儿,发病在72h内,腹泻次数每日4～10余次不等,呈蛋花水样或白色稀水便。所有病例均住院并随机分治疗组与对照组各100例。治疗组100例中,男54例,女46例;<1岁54例,1～3岁46例;对照组100例中,男58例,女
