采用萝卜根系为材料对环境中重金属铅、镉的富集修复作用进行了研究 .结果表明 ,根系对铅的富集净化过程在前 12 h可能为快速的吸附过程 ,12 h后为慢速的化学沉淀和细胞吸收过程 ,且在高浓度处理条件下 ,化学沉淀过程相对较强 .根系对镉的富集净化过程在前 2 4h以吸附为主 ,2 4h后吸收过程比较显著 .铅、镉复合处理时 ,根系对铅、镉存在竞争吸附作用和拮抗吸收作用 ,对铅、镉富集修复产生一定影响
Radish roots were used as materials for the enrichment and remediation of lead and cadmium in the environment.The results showed that the enrichment and purification process of lead in root system could be a rapid adsorption process in the first 12 h and slowed down after 12 h Chemical precipitation and cell uptake process, and under the conditions of high concentration, the chemical precipitation process is relatively strong.The enrichment and purification process of cadmium in the root system was mainly in the first 24 hours, and the absorption process was significant after 24 hours. In composite treatment, the root system had competitive adsorption and antagonistic absorption of lead and cadmium, which had some effects on the enrichment and repair of lead and cadmium
