定额成本法是最常用的成本控制方法,深受广大企业的青睐和支持。定额管理是进行高效生产的基础,严格控制了资源的使用和消耗,一定程度上避免资源浪费现象的发生。加强企业的定额管理力度意义重大,而且在长期的实践中归纳出了基本的方法和步骤,再结合CQ钻井公司的具体情况,当然也会有一些实际过程中需要注意的事项,进行相应的研究和总结对促进定额管理在CQ钻井公司的应用以及公司未来的发展有所帮助。本文首先介绍了定额成本在钻井公司管理中的作用和重要性,为定额管理的开展奠定基础;然后归纳了CQ钻井公司定额成本法计算的基本方法和步骤,从四个方面进行详细介绍;最后指出了CQ钻井公司定额管理实施过程中的注意事项,进一步保障和提高定额管理的工作质量,促进公司的发展。
