Describes the four-quadrant CMOS analog multiplier made up of 28 CMOS tubes built on the square nature of a MOS transistor. The circuit fabricated in the P-well CMOS process has a maximum linearity error of less than 2% over a dynamic range of 1/3 of the supply voltage with a multiplier bandwidth of 62 kHz and a power consumption of 5 mW at a ± 5V supply voltage with a chip area of 0 .47mm2.
