为了更好地发挥《国家通用语言文字法》及相关法律法规在语言生活中的引导、教育作用,当前应当正确认识并处理好三个方面的关系,即《国家通用语言文字法》与相关政策法规的关系、语言立法与公民个体语言行为的关系、语言文字的规范与语言生活丰富和发展的关系。
