本文对当前国内外使用的计算方法进行分析,找出其存在的问题及产生误差的原因。针对动臂结构及受载特点,提出改进计算意见。然后谈谈如何运用有限单元法来分析,计算偏载工况下的位移与应力,并对其计算结果作简略分析说明。最后根据动臂结构特点及破坏形式,进行强度分析,以保证动臂安全正常地工作。本文可作为设计研究人员确定动臂强度的参考。
This paper analyzes the current calculation methods used both at home and abroad to find out the existing problems and causes of errors. According to the boom structure and load characteristics, put forward some suggestions to improve calculation. Then talk about how to use the finite element method to analyze and calculate the displacement and stress under partial load conditions and give a brief analysis of its calculation results. Finally, according to the structural characteristics of the boom and the form of damage, strength analysis to ensure the safe and normal operation of the boom. This article serves as a reference for designers and researchers to determine boom strength.
