财务治理是企业治理的一个重要组成部分,在企业的利润分配等关键活动中扮演着重要角色,能够在处理企业和股东、经营者、债权人、政府、职工等利益相关者的利益关系上发挥重要作用。但是由于公司治理结构、环境要求等因素的影响,企业财务治理会受到严重的阻碍,威胁到企业的整体运行安全。文章首先分析了现代企业财务治理存在的问题,分析了财务治理风险形成的原因,最后从结构创新的角度给出了提升现代企业财务治理效率的措施。 Financial governance is an important part of corporate governance and plays an important role in the key activities such as the profit distribution of an enterprise. It can play an important role in handling the interests of the enterprise and the stakeholders such as shareholders, managers, creditors, governments and employees effect. However, due to the influence of corporate governance structure, environmental requirements and other factors, corporate financial governance will be seriously hindered, threatening the overall operational safety of enterprises.
