目的:探究电话回访健康宣教在术后出院患者护理中的应用效果。方法:以浙江省肿瘤医院2014年6月~2015年6月期间的120例直肠癌造口术后出院患者为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的电话回访,而不开展健康宣教。而观察组患者在常规电话回访基础上,再对患者进行电话健康宣教。比较分析两组患者自我护理能力以及并发症发生情况。结果:对照组患者自我护理能力明显低于对照组,P<0.05。而对照组患者造口术后并发症发生率明显高于观察组,P<0.05。结论:对术后出院患者实施实电话回访健康宣教,能够有效地提高患者的自我护理能力,降低患者术后并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the application effect of telephone interview health education in postoperative patients discharged from hospital. Methods: Totally 120 discharged patients with rectal cancer after ostomy in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to time sequence. Patients in the control group used a regular telephone interview instead of health education. The observation group patients on the basis of regular telephone visit, and then call the health education of patients. Comparative analysis of self-care ability and complications of two groups of patients. Results: The self-care ability of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative ostomy complications in the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of real call-back health education for patients discharged after surgery can effectively improve patients’ self-care ability and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
