目的:分析药房慢性病学服务质量的管理方法。方法 :分析我院慢性病患者的实际就诊情况,从而对门诊慢性病药学服务质量管理提出相应的措施,同时为门诊患者提供一套完整的服务质量管理办法。结果:慢性病药学服务中具有一定的问题,应提升药师药学服务的质量以及专业素养。结论:应将药房慢性病药学服务措施予以完善,使得慢性病学服务质量可以获取充分的提升,加大药物在今后使用中的合理性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the management of chronic disease service quality in pharmacy. Methods: To analyze the actual treatment of patients with chronic diseases in our hospital so as to provide corresponding measures for the quality management of outpatients with chronic diseases and provide a complete set of quality management measures for outpatients. Results: There are certain problems in the pharmacy service of chronic diseases, and the quality and specialty of pharmacist pharmacy services should be improved. Conclusion: The pharmacy chronic disease pharmacy service measures should be perfected so that the service quality of chronic diseases can be fully improved, and the rationality of using the drugs in the future can be increased.
