本文研究了 Ni-Cr-Si、Ni-Cr-Si-p、Ni-Cr-P 和 Ni-p 四个系列共18种钎焊料和母材(1Cr18Ni9Ti 和 GH169)在350℃高纯中性除氧静水中的腐蚀行为,分析了合金元素对四个系列钎焊料耐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:在四个系列的钎焊料中,Ni-Cr-si 系和 Ni-Cr-Si-p 系的耐蚀性能比较优越。在所试验的18种钎焊料中,耐蚀性最好的是10~#钎焊料,较好的则有7~#、9~#、33~#、52~#和88~#等。同一种钎焊料与不同的母材钎焊时,所得的钎焊层的耐蚀性是不同的。
In this paper, a series of 18 kinds of brazing materials, including Ni-Cr-Si, Ni-Cr-Si-p, Ni-Cr-P and Ni- The effect of alloying elements on the corrosion resistance of four series of brazing materials was analyzed. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr-Si and Ni-Cr-Si-p alloys is superior to the four series of brazing materials. Among the tested 18 kinds of brazing materials, the corrosion resistance is the best 10 ~ # brazing material, preferably 7 ~ #, 9 ~ #, 33 ~ #, 52 ~ # and 88 ~ # . When the same brazing filler metal is brazed with different base metals, the corrosion resistance of the resultant brazing layer is different.
