行走尼木,可以在三项远近闻名的手艺里,阅读西藏的历史。通过这些传统手艺,可以看到藏人虔诚的信仰。从拉萨向西100多公里,离开雅鲁藏布江往北,就是尼木县,藏香、藏纸、雕版并称“尼木三绝”。千百年来,这些手艺代代相传,成就了尼木“拉萨的手工作坊”的美名。有趣的是,这三样名传西藏的手工技艺,所用的原料都是植物,三种工艺的兴盛,都和藏文创立者——吞弥·桑布扎有关。
