利用NH3 TPD ,TGA ,氨微量吸附量热法及微型反应装置 ,考察了H ZSM 5、H ZSM 11及H BZSM 5的酸性 ,及其为载体的钼基催化剂在芳构化反应中的积炭行为。结果表明 ,催化剂表面酸强度和酸量对积炭均有显著的影响 ,强酸和弱酸中心都是积炭的活性中心 ,积炭优先在强酸中心上进行。
The acidity of HZSM 5, H ZSM 11 and H BZSM 5, and the carbon deposition of molybdenum-based catalysts on the aromatization reaction were investigated by means of NH 3 TPD, TGA, ammonia adsorption calorimetry and micro-reactor. behavior. The results show that the acid strength and the amount of acid have a significant effect on the coke deposition. The strong acid and weak acid centers are the active carbon deposition centers, and the carbon deposition is preferentially performed on the strong acid sites.
