以11个亚麻品种为试验材料,比较温度对不同品种亚麻种子发芽势和发芽率的影响。结果表明:供试的11个亚麻品种的发芽势和发芽率均随着温度的升高呈单峰曲线变化,5℃处理种子的发芽势和发芽率最低,与其它处理差异达极显著水平,当温度为20和25℃时,亚麻种子发芽势和发芽率最高。通过对11个品种的比较发现,黑亚18在低于10℃的情况下,仍保持了较高的发芽势(85.67%)和发芽率(94%)。
The effects of temperature on the germination potential and germination rate of flax seeds were compared with 11 varieties of flax. The results showed that the germination potential and the germination rate of 11 flax varieties tested showed a single peak curve with increasing temperature. The germination energy and germination rate of the seeds treated with 5 ℃ were the lowest. The difference with other treatments was extremely significant, When the temperature was 20 and 25 ℃, the seed germination potential and germination rate of flax was the highest. The comparison of 11 cultivars showed that Heiya 18 still maintained high germination potential (85.67%) and germination rate (94%) at less than 10 ℃.
