[目的]探讨喂饲不同来源及含量水平的蛋白质对肾损伤大鼠肾功能的影响。[方法]40只正常普通健康Sprague-Dawlay(SD)大鼠随机分为4组,均用腺嘌呤灌胃制作大鼠肾脏损伤模型,标准对照组喂饲14%酪蛋白为来源的饲料;大豆蛋白组喂饲14%大豆蛋白为来源的饲料;混合蛋白Ⅰ组喂饲酪蛋白和大豆蛋白各占7%的混合饲料,蛋白质总量为14%;混合蛋白Ⅱ组喂饲7%酪蛋白和14%大豆蛋白的混合饲料,蛋白质总量为21%。实验期间检测大鼠体重(BW)及肾脏重量(KW)、血生化指标[血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(G)及白蛋白/球蛋白比(A/G)、总胆固醇(TC)、总三酰甘油(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)]及抗氧化指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]。[结果]大豆蛋白组、混合蛋白Ⅰ组BUN、Cr、KW、MDA显著低于标准对照组、混合蛋白Ⅱ组,标准对照组TG、TC高于其他3组,大豆蛋白组Alb、SOD高于其他3组。[结论]大豆蛋白作为蛋白质来源,具有保护肾损伤大鼠肾功能的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of different levels of protein and protein on renal function in rats with renal injury. [Methods] Forty normal healthy Sprague-Dawlay rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. All rats were given adenine gavage to make kidney injury model. The standard control group was fed with 14% casein as feed. Soybean Protein group fed 14% soy protein as the source of feed; mixed protein group I fed 7% of mixed diet of casein and soy protein each, the total protein was 14%; mixed protein group II fed 7% casein and 14% soy protein mixed feed, the total protein was 21%. The body weight (BW), kidney weight (KW), blood biochemical parameters (serum total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), globulin and albumin / globulin ratio , Total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) and antioxidant index [superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA)]. [Results] The levels of BUN, Cr, KW and MDA in soybean protein group and mixed protein Ⅰ group were significantly lower than those in standard control group. The levels of TG and TC in mixed protein Ⅱ group and standard control group were higher than those in other three groups. Alb and SOD in soybean protein group were higher than Other 3 groups. [Conclusion] As a protein source, soy protein has the function of protecting renal function in rats with renal injury.
