企业工会是工会组织的主体,是党的工运方针在基层的落实者和实施者,也是企业职工合法权益的代表者和维护者,在构建和谐劳动关系,促进企业科学发展方面发挥着重要作用。随着改革开放和国有企业改革的不断推进,对新时期企业工会的思想政治工作有了更高要求,同时也面临着新的挑战,这就要求企业工会组织必须积极探索新时期思想政治工作的新路子、新方法,找准思想政治工作最佳的切入点和突破口,从而推动企业健康发展,更好地为广大职工服务。只有做到全心全意为职工服务,时时刻刻做职工利益的维护者、职工困难的知情者,企业工会才能够真正成为职工的贴心人。
