目的:制备姜黄素包合物,评价其稳定性。方法:选用正交试验设计,优化β-环糊精饱和水溶液法制备姜黄素包合物的制备工艺。采用紫外可见分光光度法测定含量。考察包合物在光照和Fe3+的环境中的稳定性。结果:制备姜黄素β-环糊精包合物的最佳条件为:姜黄素与β-环糊精投料摩尔比为1∶1,乙醇浓度为40%,包合温度40℃,反应时间1 h。姜黄素包合物可以提高姜黄素的溶解度和稳定性。结论:以最佳工艺条件制备的包合物稳定性好。
Objective: To prepare curcumin inclusion complex and evaluate its stability. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to optimize the preparation of curcumin inclusion complex by β-cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution. The content was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The stability of inclusion complex in light and Fe3 + environment was investigated. Results: The optimal conditions for the preparation of curcumin β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were as follows: the molar ratio of curcumin and β-cyclodextrin was 1: 1, the concentration of ethanol was 40%, the inclusion temperature was 40 ℃, the reaction time was 1 h Curcumin inclusion complex can improve the solubility and stability of curcumin. Conclusion: The best preparation conditions of the inclusion complex stability.
